"I started working at NMSU in 2019. Despite being a new employee, I found that the opportunities to get involved and make a difference are plentiful. I joined the Climate Survey Action Team as a non-exempt administrative assistant and were able to work alongside many dedicated and accomplished colleagues from across the university system. One of my biggest accomplishments is helping draft the "Aggie Heroes" portion of the new NMSU United website. I hope this page will help shine spotlight on our fellow employees from all walks of life. My goal is to inspire those who may believe that their voices do not matter because of their job titles, length of employment, age, or backgrounds. I aspire to be a testament that every employee belongs to NMSU and contributes to the university's success everyday. It is a pleasure knowing that we are a part of something bigger – a place that offers accessible quality education for the advancement of our community and the world.”
